Lately I’ve stepped out of my comfort zone and am inspired by the various cuisines that surround us. By customer requests Thai cuisine has been a number one request. Now my job is to find a way to make this dish on a much healthier wholesome level.

I’ve used all organic vegetables and sauces for this famous “chicken Pad Thai”. I’ve chosen a plant-based, vegan shirataki noodle, in replacement of the rice noodle, keeping calories and carbs low. Where fat is a concern, an organic light Coconut milk in substitute of a full fat cream. I’m amazed myself at how flavourful and hearty this meal is. Look for this in my weekly specials!!
